Women with Momentum continues on March 5, 2020 with a keynote speaker and our first ever award banquet. Nominations are now open for the following 4 awards:

Touch of Wellness Women with Momentum Entrepreneur of the Year:

 

A woman who owns, or is a co-owner, of a business, with a successful and notable track record for a minimum of 3 years. To qualify, please provide us with the following:

-Provide examples of how she has contributed to economic wealth, job creation and growth.

-Explain how she exhibits extraordinary leadership and success in her business.

-Explain how she exhibits success in her business and the obstacles she has overcome.

-Give examples of what she has pursued above and beyond her industry.

$500 cash prize awarded to winner.

PELA CFDC Tried and Thived Entrepreneur of the Year:

 

A woman who owns, or is a co-owner, of a business, who has pivoted, combatted fear and had a back up plan. To qualify, please provide us with the following:

-Provide examples of how she has contributed to economic wealth, job creation and growth.

-Explain how she exhibited ingenuity and creativity.

-Give examples of how she has made mistakes and learned from them.

-Give examples of what she has pursued above and beyond her industry.

$500 cash prize awarded to winner.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Wilkinson & Co. One to Watch Award:

 

A young woman between the ages of 15 and 25 as of December 31, 2019, who is involved, engaged, and displays conviction in the things she does or the leadership she shows in her community or school and who positively impacts and inspires those around her. To qualify, please provide us with the following:

-Provide examples of how she has contributed to her place of learning student population (high school, university, college or apprenticeship)

-Describe how the nominee exhibits extraordinary leadership.

-Provide examples of how she has gone above and beyond to enrich the lives of others in her community.

$500 cash prize awarded to winner.

Community Trailblazer Award:

 

A woman who has greatly contributed to the evolution of our community through her volunteer and community work. She inspires others with her character and skills, and is a pioneer who has opened doors for many. Her contributions rise above and beyond others expectations to enrich the lives of others.

 

To qualify, please provide us with the following:

 

-Tell us what unique qualities the nominee possesses that make her a trailblazer.

-Describe how the nominee exhibits extraordinary leadership.

-Provide examples of how she has gone abov e and beyond to enrich the lives of others in her community.
